Austin Public Health is looking to fund place-based projects to prevent chronic disease. Projects can be up to $2,500 and should focus on making a lasting change, and reducing health disparities.
Projects should focus on one or more of these topics:
• Active Living
• Tobacco-free Living
• Healthy Eating
• Community Gardens
• Healthy Food Pantries
• Breastfeeding support
